Kristina Boyd

Kristina Boyd joined Vintun in 2017, after seven years at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency where she worked as a civilian Project Manager. During her time there, she was a Budget Analyst supporting the successful financial management of a $300 million program. Kristina then transitioned into program management, overseeing execution of complex international cooperative projects for biological safety & security, capacity building, and nuclear security.  Upon joining Vintun, Kristina supported the Defense Logistics Agency Standard Procurement System Joint Program Management Office and then as Project Manager for the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support providing technical and functional support for Medical Readiness. Most recently, Kristina manages a portfolio of projects for DoD clients providing Supply Chain, Acquisition & Program Management, and Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness support.

John Mullins manages the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) portfolio for Vintun and provides program and project leadership to support the improvement of NAVSUP's supply chain business processes to enhance Navy Logistics.  John joined Vintun in 2018 and has over twenty-eight years of professional IT experience as a program/project manager, systems architect, engineer, and process improvement specialist, with a wide range of full lifecycle software development and IT experience.

Douglas White has over 21 years experience in a variety of logistics support positions across multiple Integrated Product Support elements. Douglas joined Vintun in 2018 in support of multiple Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Directors analyzing data and using technology to provide a holistic look at the Navy Supply System in order to drive solutions to readiness issues. Most recently, Douglas manages a portfolio of projects for DoD clients.

Ashleigh Howard

Ashleigh Howard oversees Vintun’s cleared portfolio supporting USMC’s Wargaming Capability office as they stand up the General Robert B. Neller Center for Wargaming and Analysis, and the USMC E-IT Service Management Campaign Plan which will enable the Marine Corps to fully measure and execute effective, agile, and repeatable processes for system development, testing, operations, and sustainment. Ashleigh came on board with Vintun in 2024 with over twenty years of experience in customer support and delivery, seventeen of which have been within DoD and the Intelligence Community.
