Kristina Boyd
Managing Director

Kristina Boyd joined Vintun in 2017, after seven years at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency where she worked as a civilian Project Manager. During her time there, she was a Budget Analyst supporting the successful financial management of a $300 million program. Kristina then transitioned into program management, overseeing execution of complex international cooperative projects for biological safety & security, capacity building, and nuclear security.  Upon joining Vintun, Kristina supported the Defense Logistics Agency Standard Procurement System Joint Program Management Office and then as Project Manager for the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support providing technical and functional support for Medical Readiness. Most recently, Kristina manages a portfolio of projects for DoD clients providing Supply Chain, Acquisition & Program Management, and Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness support.

Jeniece Birchett
Director of Operations

Jeniece Birchett leads Vintun’s Corporate Operations team, where she manages the daily operations of the company, supporting the Vintun team to ensure the successful delivery of services to various federal agencies.  She has over seventeen years of combined Federal Government civilian and contractor experience.  Prior to her role at Vintun, she managed complex budgets, operations, payroll and manpower and supported major acquisition programs for multiple Federal Agencies, to include the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Defense Logistics Agency and most recently the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office.  Jeniece holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from George Mason University.  She is also a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and holds a DoD Financial Management Certification Level 2 (DFMCP2).  Outside of her professional life she prioritizes quality time with her husband and two daughters and enjoys traveling the world.

John Mullins
Director of Program Management Oversight (PMO)

John Mullins manages the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) portfolio for Vintun and provides program and project leadership to support the improvement of NAVSUP's supply chain business processes to enhance Navy Logistics.  John joined Vintun in 2018 and has over twenty-eight years of professional IT experience as a program/project manager, systems architect, engineer, and process improvement specialist, with a wide range of full lifecycle software development and IT experience.
