Vance Berry joined Vintun in 2016, building upon his 25-years of IT and management consulting experience within the federal and commercial markets. Vance has served in several roles as Vintun has developed to include; operations, delivery and product management. Prior to Vintun, Vance was interim vice president for IT infrastructure at a health care insurer. Vance has held leadership positions with Deloitte and Bearing Point where he drove the expansion of client relationships by developing and delivering complex IT services and solutions. He has successfully built and managed large and highly capable teams working across a broad and diverse client portfolio, consistently focused on delivering results within critical technology programs. Vance retired from the Naval Reserve as a Supply Corps Officer where he supported logistics functions for both ashore and afloat operations. Vance’s previous consulting positions focused on revenue growth and management within federal IT for defense and civilian markets.
John Mullins manages the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) portfolio for Vintun and provides program and project leadership to support the improvement of NAVSUP's supply chain business processes to enhance Navy Logistics. John joined Vintun in 2018 and has over twenty-eight years of professional IT experience as a program/project manager, systems architect, engineer, and process improvement specialist, with a wide range of full lifecycle software development and IT experience.
Kristina Boyd joined Vintun in 2017, after seven years at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency where she worked as a civilian Project Manager. During her time there, she was a Budget Analyst supporting the successful financial management of a $300 million program. Kristina then transitioned into program management, overseeing execution of complex international cooperative projects for biological safety & security, capacity building, and nuclear security. Upon joining Vintun, Kristina supported the Defense Logistics Agency Standard Procurement System Joint Program Management Office and then as Project Manager for the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support providing technical and functional support for Medical Readiness. Most recently, Kristina manages a portfolio of projects for DoD clients providing Supply Chain, Acquisition & Program Management, and Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness support.
Eric Peck joined Vintun in 2017 and brings over 20 years of DoD acquisition and engineering experience in highly technical software development projects. Working for both large and small businesses over his career, he managed projects in direct support to clients in both business and technology programs. Throughout his civilian career, he has aided in the establishment and growth of small business internal processes and procedures. A retired Marine Corps Infantry and Acquisition officer, Eric served in multiple active and reserve billets in support of CONUS and OCONUS operations and exercises. He is currently the portfolio manager for U.S. Marine Corps and National Capital Region contracts for Vintun.
David Herschel joined Vintun in 2018 after retiring from active duty military as a Navy Captain with 27 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, and information technology. As the Technology Solutions Director, he is the senior business analyst on Vintun Rapid 'To-Be' (VR2B) process modeling team and Project Manager (PM) for various DoD contracts. David is a Certified Business Analyst (BCS), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and certified DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO).
